Salon Guidelines & Policies
We’re all about creating a harmonious space. Please ensure your area is tidy at the end of each day, and respect the shared spaces for everyone’s benefit.
We’re here to make your experience at Salon 44 as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or special requests!
Accessing the Salon:
- You’ll receive your personal key or access code for the salon. Please keep this secure and notify us immediately if it’s misplaced.
Setting Up Your Space:
- Your allocated area is ready for you to personalise during your session. There is a 30 minute hand over period between sessions to ensure you have time to set up/ clear away. Feel free to bring in any tools, equipment, or décor that fits your brand for use during your slot.
- Electrical outlets and storage options are available—let us know if you need anything additional.
Utilities and Wi-Fi:
- The salon has high-speed Wi-Fi available for all members. WIFI:
- Utilities, including lighting and heating, are included in your rental fee.
Booking Your Clients:
- We recommend using your preferred scheduling system for client appointments. Share your availability with your clients directly for a smooth booking process.
Promoting Your Services:
- Introduce your business on our Salon 44 platforms! Send us your logo, photos, and a short bio, and we’ll showcase you on our website and social media.
Shared Spaces:
- Please keep these spaces clean and leave them as you found them for everyone to enjoy.
- Please be respectful to your fellow treatment providers- i.e- music, TV and be mindful of their clients.
